Please read carefully before making a booking! It is your responsibility to thoroughly examine the terms and conditions listed below. I can guarantee you have thoroughly read and agreed to the terms and conditions listed below when you book your shoot.
•Is a deposit required to secure my appointment?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking and will be applied to the remaining balance.
•Should I come to my photoshoot prepared?
Yes, please be prepared since most sessions last about an hour. Please let me know if you will be traveling so I can allow more time for you to get ready.
•What if I am running late?
If you let me know, you have a 15-minute grace period. The session finish hours will not be extended, but I do not charge a late fee. Your appointment will be cancelled and a new one will need to be scheduled if you are more than 25 minutes late.
•What if I need to rebook my session?
You may reschedule once at no cost with 72 hours’ notice. Rebooking within 72 hours requires cancellation of the original appointment.
•What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellations must be made through your confirmation email or DM on instagram at least 72 hours in advance.
•What happens if I don’t give notice prior to my session?
If no notice is given, you will be blocked from booking with JayFlixks.
•Do you provide raw (unedited) images?
No, I do not provide raw images. I aim to deliver only my best work, and unedited images do not reflect that.
•How long will it be for my photos to be available to me?
It will take up to 14 days for your photos to get back to you. I will Email or DM you on instagram a Dropbox with all your pictures.
•What is your artistic discretion policy?
Clients acknowledge that JayFlicks is hired for its creative expertise. While client preferences are welcomed, the photographer retains full artistic discretion over final images, including composition and editing.
